After I exit the shoot, I'll run the last 3 miles of the course in reverse at MP before settling in for a 3 or 4 mile cool down.

Let me know if you are interested in meeting for a warm up or cool down.Dustinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17955537277422677709noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7465956249798874262.post-15304187990509686642010-04-08T22:09:13.923-04:002010-04-08T22:09:13.923-04:00As an alternative suggestion:

It features a rolling (see also: more challenging than another 10 mile race on the same day with a name including Cherry) course, and ONLY A $10 RACE DAY FEE!

Seriously, how can you go wrong for getting a supported long run for 10 bucks??

Dusty said he was contemplating doing this as part of his long run, so give him a shout. Alyssa also may be going down there to do 25 miles or something.

I know Annapolis is a bit of a hike, but here's the info:

http://annapolisstriders.org/cp10mileapp2010.pdfRMhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01079220291482067777noreply@blogger.com
